15,000 tons of dry formulas per year — that’s the new production capacity of InfaPrim following a threefold increase in output after the completion of a major modernization project.

Thanks to this large-scale upgrade, employee productivity has significantly increased, and workstations are now equipped with cutting-edge technology. The reconstruction of our Istra production facility has been fully completed.

A key milestone was the launch of a new spray-drying unit, which has placed our factory among the largest manufacturers of infant formula in Eastern Europe.

Strengthening domestic supply and export potential

With the expanded capacity, InfaPrim can now meet up to 50% of Russia’s demand for high-quality infant formulas and fully cover the needs of children with special dietary requirements.

Importantly, we currently use up to 80% domestic raw materials, with plans to reach 100% localization. This shift not only reduces dependence on imported ingredients but also contributes to national food security in the segment of infant nutrition.

Increased output will also allow us to scale exports to both neighboring and distant international markets.

Notably, in April 2024 alone, InfaPrim achieved a record output of over 1,070 tons of dry formulas, including specialized medical nutrition.
